Hey there! I’m Michael – a data scientist in Kansas City, Missouri. I write here to help clear my mind of thoughts, ideas, and concepts I run into throughout my career as a data scientist.
I hope you find my posts informative and enjoyable. A huge part of why I’ve created this space is to show that, like all of us, I’m always learning. Topics I’ll discuss likely fall into these categories:

- Humbling myself by documenting all the ways I’ve failed before I come to a solution

What I do outside of making computers go beep boop
I love being outdoors and staying active! When I’m not burning calories, I’m probably ingesting them at my favorite places to eat downtown (or looking for new ones).
I also have a giant Irish Wolfhound I was able to rescue named Murphy (Murf) who gets lots of love and treats. Together we enjoy a good lazy day playing video games or wrestling around the house.
